For those of you who are new to the Guild, as well as a reminder to all, I’ll begin by giving you some directives on the use of your library. Below are the instructions for requesting loan materials. Click Pearl K. McGown Loanables to see the materials that are available.

Please list your first, second and third choices, as well as the date you want to use them. If you wish to receive a reply, enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope or postcard with your request. Please include your phone number. The Guild mails the package to you, postage paid. Return your loanable just as soon as you are finished with it—someone else may be waiting to use it!

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE. PLEASE INSURE EACH CAROUSEL FOR $200 AND EACH BOOK FOR $50. HOOKED ARTICLES NEED TO BE INSURED AT $100 PER SQUARE FOOT. Use UPS or US Mail.

Slides must be shown on a Kodak Carousel projector. DO NOT REMOVE ANY SLIDES FROM THE CAROUSEL! Show slides in a dark room on a projection screen, not on a wall or sheet.
