Susanne McNally discovered rug hooking the way many people do—by seeing an announcement of a rug show. An entire room full of hooked rugs was enough to drive the idea of any other handicraft out of her head. Susanne has a degree in graphic art and has completed her McGown certification. Susanne’s rug POSIE’S GARDEN, depicting her daughter and her cat,  is a Celebration XIX winner and was voted Reader’s Choice in the original design category. She co-teaches with Fritz Mitnick and believes getting someone started in this great fiber art is the most fun.
