The fiscal year of the National Guild is from June 1 through May 31. Each member is required to pay in advance a full year's dues to the Chapter Treasurer on or before May 20 for each fiscal year said person is a member.

For new members not wishing this option, dues will be remitted to the National Guild within ten days of payment and they will receive a membership card and issues of the Guild publication for that fiscal year. Dues will not be paid from Chapter Treasury for any member failing to have money to the Treasurer by May 20 to cover the next fiscal year period.

The Newsletter is published quarterly by the National Guild of Pearl K. McGown Hookrafters, Inc., located at 289 George Arden Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886-4860. Membership dues are $25.00 per year ($15.00 of which is for the Newsletter).
